· 60–90-minute clinical interview is conducted (remote or in-person)

· Follow-up call to discuss the results
A diagnostic consultation starts with an initial intake call to gather preliminary information including client age, level of functioning, diagnostic/educational history, and the reason for the assessment. Once a date is selected for the assessment, a comprehensive intake form and questionnaires are sent, and supporting documents are requested.
Prior to the appointment, the intake form and past documents will be reviewed. During the 60–90-minute clinical interview, the history will be reviewed in detail and additional screening measures may be administered. Based on the results of the assessment, a decision will be made about whether there is a need to interview any teachers, providers, or anyone else related to the client. Additional rating scales may be administered.
Once information is collected and a diagnosis is made, and a narrative report is provided when needed. An optional 15-minute feedback session (no additional charge) is conducted to discuss the results and recommendations.
